Délégation législative

Délégation législative habilitation consentie par le Parlement au gouvernement, afin de prendre, dans certaines conditions, des mesures qui relèveraient, en droit, de la compétence législative. (Ces mesures portent le nom d'ordonnances ; en outre, l'article 16 permet une délégation temporaire du pouvoir législatif au président de la République, dont les actes sont alors des décisions.)
